Rough driving

Postby germana » Tue Mar 03, 2015 11:18 am

Wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions. I have 1999 Altezza 3s-ge engine. I had to change a coil pack and the pcv valve after I change both out it was worse and trc light is blinking along with the engine light which is soild light. Also when it warms up a little the gas light will start blinking. Tried to reset ecu and pulled battery terminals kinda at a loss any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all

That is "Ignition signal [ION1]" probably from the faulty coil.

Check on page 8 in this document :)

Maybe disconnect the battery for a while to clear codes and then run the car again and test fior new codes to see if it comes back now the new coil is on :)
Can test by this method
http://z4.invisionfree.com/lexusaltezza ... st=0&#last
That code will be 14 flashes (the number in square brackets underneath the P**** number)

Hope that helps :)
