Love the way the drift is300 at the top of this page sits with 17" wheels on front and 18" on back.

I saw this earlier...

But i think it's quiet a lot of $$$ for just 250 bhp and Terrible mileage (they say 'good' - i doubt it)...

Also, the dynamics of the chassis has changed dramatically - it is a heavy engine...

I bet the next thing he's thinkin about is "How do I charge it..."

Still...it's someone's dream come through and it is a potent powerplant......Hats off to the owner!

Believe it or not the 1UZ weighs alot less than a 2JZ, only about 50kgs more than the 3SGE too.

So if mounted down nice and low and as far back as you can, then the handling is still fine.

250hp but with a bigger engine you also get more torque and a much smoother torque curve so would be decently fast nothing groundbreaking but abit of fun.

Not my cup of tea for an Altezza but if you wanted a nice cruiser with abit of kick the 1UZ is a good enigne, and have heard a couple examples that rev as high as the 3SGE and sound sex.

True...you would get a smoother torque curve...it will sound nice.....and it will burn tires like a chain smoker!
