Speed Vans your area?

Postby Noel » Tue Nov 09, 2010 11:18 am

First off i'm not condoning speeding, but have you spotted them in your area, or worse still have they spotted you :(

There's one regularly now in Tralee on the "Bracker Regan road" (known as Fat mile locally, cos off all the "power walkers" ) but this road is not mentioned on the Garda website... so whats the story with that?

Gatso Vans make me a more dangerious driver. Im constantly looking at the side of the road for Vans while driving and if i see one you better not be asleep behind me because i'm going slap on those breaks. I'm never completely sure what the speed limit is on some roads since every local council sets there own speed limits.

Crap :( , lads were saying that the vans weren't recording yet as they were still being calibrated (supposed to go live mid-november)... was it just a letter or was there a picture with it like for the road toll fee?

There was picture, fine and points the full works, there up and running already the only difference you will see in mid November is the vans will be marked
