LOL here it is, GReddy TD04H-16T Turbo kit (And my exhaust in the pic too haha)
Apexi Turbo Timer (Black):
Its a catback system, 2"5 inch.
Only went catback as the turbo dump pipe will replace all the forward piping, and the interpiping is all already 2.5".
Turbo down pipe:
Greddy Strut Brace:
Here is the latest pic (after 4 1/2 hours...)
Turbo all on, with just a pipe going from the turbo to the inlet, FMIC to come when I can scrap enough $$$ together.
The Apexi radiator cap will go soon to make way for a Greddy/Trust item to keep everything under the bonnet the same!
Was a bit worried about the heat still coming from the turbo, so made up a quick heatshield, which might stay in there (might tidy it up later), used silicon hose to protect from the shart edges for now LOL:
Car going down to Milford Auto Electrical on Monday for the E-Manage to be wired up, and should be on the road Monday night!!!
The sometime during the week the flange for the HKS SSQV will get welded on, and the Apexi Turbo Timer will also get wired in by the weekend hopefully!
Oh and also fitted the infamously noisey Waffenschmiede Short Shift Kit:
Current plans for the car (in order)
1) Sort out the clutch - Extreme 6 Puk, Brass Button plate, 1000kg Pressure plate and reusing the TRD Flywheel
2) Get a electronic boost controller - GReddy Profec-B SpecII
3) Get a safe tune for 10psi and if all is well, 12psi aswell - Speedsource
4) Fix the rear bumper which some knob did (hit and run)
5) New adjustables - Daiyamas probably, mine starting to sag
6) Find a new front lip and fit it with my Eurou sides and rear lips
7) Bucket seats - liking the new Bride Digos
??? Unknown yet, gonna be hella poor after all of the above LOL
Firstly a Frantik Turbo Beanie, after all the scares with heat issues under the bonnet, this is probably worth its weight in gold!
Black oil catch can for all the oil that I keep finding in the compressor housing, car loves to breath the black stuff...
Current overview of engine bay at its current status:
New leather interior with electric seat controls
Exedy Racing 5 Puk, brass button facing clutch disc:
Exedy Sports Tuff heavy duty pressure plate and release bearing:
Will be using the TRD flywheel with this new combo.
Both Cashfree and I have just got the same kit, quite affordable, the kit is alot more affordable when compared to the TRD kits.
Just wondering how the puk clutch will stand up on daily driving... ... ... LOL
Time for another daily driver soon I reckon
Due for an update now...
The clutch combo works a treat! Pedal pressure similar to stock (no hard pedal which I would have prefered...) but the bite on the clutch is amazing!
You can feel the clutch start to grip and before I know it I've either left two small skid marks or stalled the car.
Worked great on the strip, was dumping 2nd gear and chopping 3rd gear during the burnouts and no slippage at all for the whole day!
GReddy Profec B Spec II:
Profec's super compact solenoid:
Pivot grounding kit (blue wires by the battery)
Old picture of the 540cc vs the stock 340cc injectors:
They use the same injector seats even through you can see the different lengths at the bottom, still seat in fine and seals fine
Yes I know I'm selling but I couldnt help myself to a bargin.
2nd hand Toyo R888s onto the stock rims
