Anyone uses TRD exhaust manifold header?

Postby petreunited » Sun Apr 17, 2016 3:53 pm

Hi,

installed TRD exhaust manifold header and had two problems.

1. O2 sensor is too hard to reach the hole, its too short, can i extend it?
2. TRD header can be attached only to the engine and doesnt have extra hangers like stock one(stock header is attached to gearbox with extra hanger). i got some vibration voices after installing.

Sounds like you have fitted a manual manifold to an automatic.

Extending the O2 sensor is fine, just make sure you solder and shield the wiring properly.

No of course, i fitted to my mt, header part no - 17141-SE110. its a bit surprising to me that it hangs only on engine until cat.
