Removing Altezza Grille badge?

Postby Dan » Wed Apr 11, 2007 8:27 pm

HI lads so my badge needs replacing, just wondering whats the easiest way to remove it?

Will probably replace it with another Altezza badge or something similar. Anyone have any good links for cheap badges? Show us some pics of ur grilles and badges lads!

I think there held on with 2 little round spring clips that just push over to posts on the badge at the back,
or thats how the sports badges are held on to the grill

My new altezza grille badge is held on with spring clips and 2 strips of sticky foam stuff, the old TRD one which i took off (cos it was all discoloured lookin) was only stuck on with glue or somethin... needle nose pliers i thinks myself if its held on with clips...

Then the black backing plate from where the orginal badge was will be on show. Think i'll go for just TRD badge on the right for now!
