Yeah my head is baffled with it like it just stayed open constantly and now it's perfect like I'm back to using the standard injectors .. Yeah intercooler and everything is hooked up the way it was .. As for the knocking there is a horrible noise when you come off the throttle and slight vibration coming threw cabin when driving .. Never there before .. I dunno what I'm gonna do .. Just gonna do a compression and leak down and go from there ..I shall keep you guys posted

Must have been the new injectors then. Maybe wrong impedance or something?

Fingers crossed it's not a bent rod

Injectors where from Nick they where flow tested and everything .. There the caldina injectors same impedance and everything .. Dunno what happened .. Compression check it tomorrow and go from there :( .. So much money gone down the drain .. Dunno what's install for the future now dunno why to do .. It all comes down to these compression test readings .. That will determine the life of the tezza :)

Long time coming but it's finally done ( for the time been)
Sorted all problem engine was not damaged what so ever 168 psi across all cyclinders and on the leak down test less than 15% leakage on a cold engine so everything perfect with engine .. Problem was intake leaks , injector seals leaking and mainly the maf was in backwards which was my own fault (tiredness) .. Still doesn't answer the question why the injectors stayed wide open .. So anyway everything's fixed got a new Subaru newage maf sensor (wider scale than Altezza) and it's all mapped

Result where
265bhp
And
271 ftlb of torque
Bit less than I hoped but the exhaust manifold and exhaust housing on turbo was restricting it not allowing good enough flow so it was chocking the engine .. So new mani and exhaust housing and we be up at the 290/300 mark no problem :)

Nice one glad to hear she's fine! Would be interesting to see how much difference swapping to a tubular manifold would make. If you can't find one locally let me know I'll knock you one up
