ImageGreetings! Welcome to Tezzaworld website, unfortunately you are a few years late to the show as nearly everyone has been and gone, there is still lots of useful archived material to read through, not many active users unfortunately, but that’s the way it goes, hopefully you are not too disappointed...

Is it ok to run without front wheel-arch liners?

Anything related to bodykits, wheels lights & other exterior things, post here

Is it ok to run without front wheel-arch liners?

Postby LovingMyAltezza » Mon Aug 25, 2014 1:37 am

One minor issue on mine is they are slightly chewed in each arch, in terms of the screw holes that secure them. If I vent the wings, won't I want them out anyway? I've seen a very neat job done with alloy panels and self-tappers, in sections around the wheel - if it sounds bad, it looked as good as factory, "just needed patience", the guy said. One other reason to maybe junk them is I'll be fitting a non-standard front-bumper/air-dam, which I want to give a little 'splitter' treatment to anyway, as well as maybe brake-ducts and perhaps a cold-air feed to a cone filter - though I did read that the standard box with a better element is a good bet too.
Has pulling the arch-liners seemed a mistake to anyone? Thanks for reading, and your replies.

Would you not be better off picking up a set in a breakers yard?
