Welcome to Tezzaworld website, unfortunately you are a few years late to the show as nearly everyone has been and gone, there is still lots of useful archived material to read through, not many active users unfortunately, but that’s the way it goes, hopefully you are not too disappointed...

excessive break dust

Postby Tosh21 » Thu May 01, 2014 7:38 am

has anyone had issues with loads of break dust on their tezz? The rears don't seem to be too bad but that might because the wheels are back so you cant see it as much but the fronts are gunmetal and they are always COVERED in break dust. I washed my car and my wheels were black from dust the day after, I didn't even drive it hard. It's not a huge issue but having a white car it gets all over the body and just looks horrible.

Could it be from the car having cheap low quality pads?

sick of washing my car every 2 or 3 days

100% right there! I am running genuine pads and have silver wheels, no dust at all.

Sweet, cheers! I'll try some new pads on the next service
