ImageGreetings! Welcome to Tezzaworld website, unfortunately you are a few years late to the show as nearly everyone has been and gone, there is still lots of useful archived material to read through, not many active users unfortunately, but that’s the way it goes, hopefully you are not too disappointed...

Your getting a shake in the steering wheel at 50-6mph coz of a buckled alloy?

I think that's what ya mean anyways, and no don't just hit the thing with a hammer if it's an everyday wheel either get it professionally repaired (often not possible with buckles) or replace it. Although to be honest if ya only feel it at 50-60 it's more likely a tyre or just an unbalanced wheel rather than a buckle. Usually a buckled wheel is very very noticeable at all speeds

Depends how badly buckled it is!

The missus done this to one of mine a while back and got it repaired and fully powdercoated again for £60

Personally I wouldn't just hit it with a hammer though!
