And a few videos. Excuse my excessive use of the handbrake  My initiations were so s@3! all day that I reverted to the handbrake after a few runs.

Cheers buddy, I love the car to bits!

I cant remember, I think they are by Raze. Could be a copy of something, but they have held up well over the past few years.

Anyone know what the maximum amount of castor that you can run on our cars? What are the limiting factors?

Yea, the internals are stock and will probably stay that way. In my opinion forging our engines is very bad value for money.

So I got around to fitting the castor arms today. I was a little bit worried about the kink in them not being as large as altezza ones. They are meant for a jzx100, but as it turned out I had no reason to worry.

Image

If anything it has more :D Still got a bit of clearance

Image

Using the stabiliser links as a guide  , I dialed in the max amount for time being.

So I took it in for tracking since I absolutely battered the suspension at the last drift day, which resulted with me rolling around in a puddle of mud trying to dial everything back in by eye  Also was useful to see the gain in castor after fitting the new arms. As some of you dont know, altezzas are terrible for castor and you cant get away with letting go of the wheel during transitions....it will just stay there

Before. I think I did pretty good in adjusting in on the track while rolling around in sheep poo

Nice! be interesting to see the results of these arms as it can be annoying, but I have only ever drifted the Tez so have got used to it :)
