All depends on where you live. You're in Africa aren't you? I'd class as that a hot climate so it's fine but if you live in Ireland, UK, NZ etc then 5w-30 is much better suited. The factory spec in the owners manual 5w-30/10w-30.
You could still run a 5w-30 in a hot climate but you 'd want one with a HTHS around 3.5 like Shell Helix Ultra, Mobil1 ESP, Redline, MOTUL 8100 X-clean or anything meeting A3/B3 or C3 specs.
Which 5w-40 are you using our of interest?

Hey friends! well, ive driven the car around it has hit now more than 50km, and the problem seems over, thank you all for the support!

and for the oil, well its LEXUS branded, and its 5W-40 its A3 standards. We cant get our hands on Shell or Mobil or any of these brands easily because people here don't know much of the the importance of Oil Grades..

anyway what is HTHS? and that 3,5 you mentionned?

So which gasket should I change ? Head gasket ? It's not over heating or anything

The gasket talked about will be the one for the cam cover and thats to stop oil getting down to the spark plugs/coils. you can get a new gasket or try sealing it with instant gasket becasue by all accounts even with a new gasket it isnt always fool proof for sealing pefectly.
