IS200 Rear Light Mod

Postby chargespeed » Tue Jan 31, 2012 6:19 pm

Hey all

I want to convert my rear foglights to parking light/brake light
I seen this done in the altezza's and I would very much like it done on my is200
I heard it is possible to do although I am not that good with auto electrics
Has anyone done this before
Willing to pay to get it done
I am in Drogheda, Co.Louth and am willing to travel within reason

Anyone help me out please
Thanks
Martin

anyone can do this. just change the bulbs to double element bulbs. There are single element in them and the minute. Just take one out and bring it ti motor factor. Should get the two for 5 euro

I thought the process is more than change the bulbs ?? according to the guide on nz/aus altezza club ? & i assume you need to change bulb holders too to double filament ones....if its just changing the bulbs/bulb holder then i like to do it..

If its me your referring to then yes on the boot lid, thats where the rear fog lights are and thats where some people converted their fog lights into brake or parking lights like the JDM altezza's/.

So you had blown bulbs then, not a foglight-to-brakelight conversion
