Where are you living?

Coolant should be filled at the radiator cap not the expansion bottle, so if your topping up the radiator fairly often then there's definitely something up ... what does the temp gauge read? any white smoke? wet patches under the car?

im living near the equator line.. Its fairly hot here in Brunei.. Owh i dont know that, i tought to fill the coolant at the expansion bottle, thats why i keep refilling in it.. My radiator is fine so does the temp gauge.. So what is the purpose of the expansion bottle than?

I have to refill mine regularly too. I'm pretty sure my top tank is leaking slowly. Have a look around the top edges for dried pink coolant. Was going to get one of those alloy radiators off Nick but that's the least of my problems at the moment :(

Mine to get around 300km from the expansion bottle before refilling, find no leaks, no smoke or even the smell of coolant in exhaust, no headgasket gone, it's a mystery have been meaning to get it pressure tested to find if there is a slow leak somewhere, glad it's just not me

Be sure to inspect the intake and outgoing lines of the radiator...

Also check the joints where they connect to the engine and the radiator...

A lot of times these hoses crack and coolant can seep out in a very tiny stream and it may not be noticeable...

Also check your radiator cap....if the rubber seal is damaged it should be changed...
