Is anyone on here running a fuel pressure regulator and return fuel line?
If so how have you got the return fuel line routed?

hey ive done a few engine conversions on the tezza and when we ran a return line we drilled the top of the fuel pump casing and bought a bolt on 90 degree bend with copper washers to seal it and then run the return line back to it its a bit tight around the tank but it works, we also hardwired the fuel pump so it runs all the time. it not too bad to do. what fuel rail are u running????

All sorted now. I stopped being lazy and jacked the car up properly and ran it along the nearside chassis leg then across the front underside of the tank above the heatshield and across to the pump where I have a bulkhead fitting and 90degree bend. Just using the standard fuel rail, it has blanking bolts either end, just take one out and use that hole.

So my 223 Ford I6 had a webbed insulation wrap around the fuel lines, I'm assuming for vapor lock prevention. My Dad's '54 Chrysler had the same thing and we can't find that stuff anywhere. Anybody run into this problem and/or found a good solution?

Just use braided fuel line.
