I'm running stock rail and stock fuel pump (the pump is only a few years old) the pump has had a bigger 12v feed to it as we noticed a voltage drop on the feed for the pump when working hard bigger feed sorted that out.
We found that the stock fuel system is much better on the altezza than the IS mainly due to only feeding 4 injectors rather than 6 also I beleave the fuel rail on the IS tiny sh!t plastic rail
My air fuel ratio runs between 11 and 12 so the car is getting all the fuel it wants and the fuel pressure was monitored and we didn't see any problems
Hope its of some help
