Ah.. the problem is that theres already a HKS in there at the mo... I downloaded instuctions for it from the HKS website, but I need to get it on a Dyno to set it properly. As it is, I've a flat spot around 1500rpm, pain in de arse when in slow moving traffic in 1st or 2nd and you need to accelerate slightly.. :evil:

i think all Altezzas have that to be honest!! maybe try play with the settings on it yourself, wont do any harm i think :wink:

Best to get it dynoed and let the operator play with it. He will be able to see the effects against his own readings. You don't want to risk running lean and doing damage

Ya was kinda thinking the same thing..dont want to do harm.
Just checked again there- the flat spot is just at 1100rpm.. I thought it had something to do with the AFR, but as Dan mentioned its fairlly common in Altezzas is it?
I was thinking of ringing TTM in Galway there, seeing as they are HKS dealers.

Yup mine suffers from it anyway, forever getting stranded trying to sneak onto roundabouts :oops:
