They have been in business with Toyota since July 1950 which is when they started producing the car bodies for Toyota.

How do you like that for investigation Mr. Garda!!

That makes me wonder then that if all the bodies were produced by Kanto does that mean the the people with those stickers missing have bonnets that were put on later ie. after being damaged.

Ya have seen them on a good few Altezzas...

After some digging around on their site I found that they are some how connected to Toyota and seem to have produced the body panels for most of the Toyota cars since the 50's.

they started makin these after the altezza. 4 wheel drive wheelchair. isnt that back wheel a bit sus lookin? same designers?(courtesy of my.is)

Its one of the plants where the Altezza were made, tsk tsk guys :P

If your car doesn't have a plant sticker on it, chances are either:
1) You or the old owner has peeled it off
2) its been in a crash and when they repainted the bonnet, they never got a Kanto decal to put back on!

Yeah I was looking at their page before. Looks like they made the bodies for just about every Toyota since 1950
