Buying a turbo tezza

Well as it says im looking to buy a turbo tezza as a daily. Ive found one in japan with a blitz turbo kit but struggle to find any info about it what so you guys think ?is it a reliable kit ?
The car has 160 000km and looks verry clean the guy whos importing it thinks it will be perfect but i have doubts on things .... dont want it to break basicly lol
