full forged rebuild help with head req

Hi all
after a long time out of action im finally rebuilding my rs200 and will be posting up a full how its going as have been busy !!! .
i need a little advice with the head ,,ive rebuilt the bottom end with some forged pistons and eagle rods from nick (great guy) trd uprated clutch and solid light weight flywheel,,but im unsure if to uprate the head ,,what power could i get with standard head with bigger injectors? whats out there to uprate head and what power gains would it make please?

The stock head flows well, especially in boosted conditions. I dont know much about the hks turbo kit, but im assuming its a gt28 based turbo. That being the case leave the rpm range alone. You could upgrade to toda cams like soiled, they are 268 intake and 264 exhaust, retain vvti. These would be good for your application. Words of advice, GET A GOOD TUNER! Having somebody who can fully tune, including vvti can make a turbo do miracles. I have personally seen a car make 40hp more from a going from a good tune to a great tune.

If you're going for decent boost levels, ARP head studs and heavier valve springs are good to have.

ok thanks ,,do ya know anywhere in uk cams and valve springs can be brought?

also use a auto head or steel valves ,as the ti valves will drop heads under boost
