Hi guys I'm new to this only had my tez for about a month was wondering if anyone can recommend spark plugs and what oil to run her on cheers in advance

I am running these NGK BKR6EIX-11 atm inside of my 3SGE
D700 / RS200

That's what I ran until I went turbo
Pretty decent spark plug I must say

6 for non turbo. 7 for turbo.
