3sge engine block

is the engine block thats in my manual altezza 3sge with yamaha head put into anything else? just block

3SGE Beams in MR2, RAV4, Caldina, Celica - different pistons though.
You could technically use the 3SGTE block but they are supposed to be weaker.

All those are east west engines, are you sure all the coolant lines, oil galleries etc are the same?

Well they can all use the same headgasket as the Gen 3, only difference is the introduction of VVTi feeds.

I haven't checked it with a fine tooth comb but having had both out, they look the same; heads are nearly the same with the exception of the dual VVTi (which the single VVTi has the casting for).

They wouldn't know unless your local Toyota is in Japan, they don't even officially support this engine outside of Japan.

Anyway yes they are the same but different heads, oil galleries are slightly larger but same headgasket points towards not much difference.
