running gear I take it? no real need only difference is that the tezza seem to be 4 stud drive shafts and is200 6 stud or the other way round :?
only difference really would be the diff depending what they had from factory or if they were upgraded at some point, and the gearbox is believed to be the same just different bell housing save yourself time and look on the chassis code to find what diff they have and swap it if it's a torsen lsd and just change the bell housing and keep the rest in place

you will have to change ecu, clutch and flywheel, prop shaft, bell housing, manifold and cat. wouldnt be worried about choice of diff.they will all fit

I have both engines and gearboxes out, I am getting the engine bay ready in the is200, swapping chassi loom, swapping fuel lines rear brake lines and clutch cylinder to the right side as the exhaust on the beams is on the left..

Just an update I have the transplant complete beams engine fitted and running. Also fitted altezza back end and all suspension parts.not an easy conversion. Lots of part swapping and full wiring loom front to back had to be swapped.well happy with the finished project :D
