power steering pump replacement

Ok as already mentioned in my welcome thread I need to replace the power steering pump in the car.
Previous owner took the belt off and when I checked I am missing 2 pulleys that I am aware of.
Power steering pump pulley and the tensioner pulley.

My question for the experts is has anybody got a link to the blueprint of a yamaha beams engine so I can check if there is anything else missing.

Ive never seen a blueprint as such. Your best bet will be a manual, but let me know when you find one :lol: Id send you a picture of my setup but I dont have an air con compressor, so it wont be as applicable :oops:

No aircon pulley or tensioner in the picture below.

But in theory the tensioner and the powersteering pulley is all that can be missing.

Log on to http://www.toyodiy.com sign up and select your vehicle...very easy...There are basic schematics and diagrams for every part on your vehicle

I also downloaded a 3sge engine manual...just search for it with Google...

hey peter0991,

what size belt did u use to use just the powersteering?
may be interested to do this in the future....

The number 1054 comes to mind :? But I will have to double check tomorrow. I got a piece of string and put it around both pulleys and then measured its length.
