I need a favor from a Dublin member in relation to the fundraising day. I am based in Galway and Angela would like to meet someone from tezzaworld just to go over a few things with us. I was hoping to get in contact with someone that has done something like this before just need to know whats involved i.e. insurance, charity licence?? e.t.c.
I have done fun runs before with biker clubs but they usually have done the organizing we just went along, so I am not sure whats needed. For health, safety & insurance reasons we just need to get it right.

This is the lady is question we need to talk to

I could look into this maybe. I think if we could try keep it to Club's ie Tezzaworld, toyota owners club, vag owners club subaru owners club, it might be easier to maintain. also it cant be too big, as Garda wouldnt apporve it. If we could get 20 cars from our site that would be plenty i think, should be able to raise a couple of grand easily

Something that ends at the hospital maybe? It can't b too long as trying to keep it safe and organised would b difficult. I have no experience with this so not sure the best way to organise it

That would be great Dan thanks...Ya I dont think we could do the mizen to malin it too risky. I think for safety and for first time would a mini car show in some community hall work or would there be much of a charge to use there facality like toilets e.t.c.
I think midnight club are doing a run for Crumlin but there only using 20 cars might gives us ideas
