The more I spend the better it gets. Currently need anti roll bars, solid bushes and more steering lock.
I came 6th in open drift championship against a 200sx and 4 r33 skylines running 350bhp+

So you have welded all your mounts? How is that working out? Worth doing it in your opinion?

I've welded one and now it's at the bodyshop Getting ready for japfest.
Very good, noisy vibrations, but I will be doing the rest very soon because it's so much better

Hmmmmm :) I might do that instead of buying a new gearbox mount.
What jap fest are you going to mate? The one in Castle Combe?

next up fuel return, what a pain in the arse this was probably the biggest waste of my life.
but got bulkhead fitting in
Image

Then found that there is a webbing so sealing washers wouldn't work
Image

But the end product was worth it
Image

then the pump was to big yet more fiddly rubbish.
The old pump sucks fuel from the rh tank as well the new one doesn't
Image

So left to do another of the tasks, the exhaust which was very easy......NOT!!
Plan in the future to have custom headers but this is just temp mock up to get it ready for drifting 4th August
before
Image
after
Image
the reason stupid steering column if only I didn't need it :)

very nice.
what made you go for a 1uz instead of boost?
also please wrap the manifold where it goes past the steering column as that`s going to get stupidly hot.

I got to finish it first hang fire just about to order it. I think its more important to put the bolt back in
reliability I drive 3hours+ to events and drive home, i'm not a lover of forced induction but was between 1uz or 1jz. 1uz right price, cheap to replace, same torque as 1jz at a lower rpm so was sold
