suppose i should start one of these in the accustomed manner

i sold a diesel ford fiesta and this to get my altezza:

it was an absolute beast, embarassed porsches, but it was exactly as i'd always wanted it in the 3 years i'd owned it and my circumstances were changing so it was time to move on.

so a week after selling it, i made a trip to edinburgh and bought this:

spec list (will update consistently):

exterior
17" volks TE37s in white
ebaytastic front bumper
unknown rear bumper
debadged front end
debadged rear end
smoked reverse lights

interior
standard

engine
HKS Jasma stamped exhaust
TRD panel filter
NGK iridium plugs

suspension
cusco strut brace
unknown lowering springs

so that's the car as i bought it. here's a few pictures of how it stands now.

imminent plans:
collect the coilovers that arrived TODAY from two doors down lol
roll arches, space rear out slightly, fit coilovers
HIDs
wind deflectors

coilovers fitted :)

i took some pictures today of me massacring the front arches with a hammer after taking the arch liners out, but you can't really see s@3! in them, so i'm not gonna bother uploading them. here's some pictures of it's current stance, although it had the arch liners in here and was catching on everything. the fronts have cambered over quite a lot, but that's to be expected as it's at least 100mm down on standard now.

the fronts are still catching on the bodywork when turning (or in straight lines for that matter  ) but i'll sort this out one way or another. the coilovers can be adjusted to the point where the car's appropriate for rallies, or the chassis rails are on the floor.... i'm happy with the car slightly "raked", i don't want all 4 corners level.
