Pat's Turbo Altezza

Postby Sunburn » Fri Jan 10, 2014 7:48 pm

I will try to keep this simple :)

the time I bought the car it was in bad condition and have to be painted over.

So I started to take off parts and see how much work there was to do.
The plan is to paint car candy apple red except hood , grill , doorhandles and bumper "lip" to black.
So I took rear and front bumper , headlights and fenders of as a start to this project. :)
(going to install rings to those headlights)

About 5 Altezzas in Findland must be rare to find, but turbo altezza and LHD is extremely rare!!

Well thats what I have been trying to find out but I cant find anything that would mean it was rhd before.
Everything is still in factory standards and in vin plate it says "engine 3s-ge"

Did toyota make any LHD altezzas?

Not that i know of, but im not 100% sure. Might have been converted, that way the vin plate would be 3sge and have original interior.

Nice car.

No they did not do a LHD altezza, it would be pretty easy to convert with a LHD is200/is300,
pretty common to do in Dominican Republic I think.
