Ahh ok dw then I know you can use one for that, I thought you meant to run it on a map sensor instead of maf.

You can use that MAP sensor for on boost fuelling. I run a MAF for off boost/closed loop driving, MAP for on boost with the PowerFC. Plugged into that same spot.

Is it "INJ vs Airtemp vs Boost setting"? It's not too scalable, only 3 reference points.
You will be maxing out MAF anyway and run in 20th load cell, and not being able to control Ign properly as result.
I received MAF from WRX STI today. Straight plug-and-play. :)

I maxed out both factory and STI MAFs before going to a Z32 Airflow meter and independent air intake temp sensor (one thing I'd not do again) before finding out you could use the MAP sensor with the PowerFC, I dnot know which options were used as I didn't do the tuning but pretty sure it was all set up with the datalogit tuning software for thepPowerFC rather than an option on the handcontroller because as you said the points are rather limited.

Last dyno was 370hp at the wheels, currently slowly doing my next little bit so in the next few months should see over 400hp.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, I was talking about Datalogit.
I'm not planning to go with forged bottom end yet, so STI MAF will be fine for now.
Just one question. Where do run your MAF, before or after turbo?

I run my MAF before at the moment. Either way works.

After couple of tuning runs on 0.7 bar the gearbox decided that it had enough.
Thus looking for a nice low mileage gearbox. PM offers.

Wasn't gearbox after all. Final gear in the diff got 2 teeth missing. Noise was traveling up the driveshaft and was coming from the gearbox
Now to find final gear set...

Updates:
Crashed it in the end of August in Mondello, so had to fiberglass/respray both front and back bumpers.
Glad that body panels were ok.
Installed 2-layer Koyo radiator because stock started leaking.
Need to get Cusco arms to get front negative camber.
