eiphi's RS200 Z

Postby eiphi » Sun Jan 13, 2013 9:58 pm

RS200 Z-edition (-98), brought from Japan to Finland.
I bought this approx a month ago from a dealer(as a x-mas & birthday present). The delaer took care of everything to get this vehicle in to traffic. so now I got licenseplates instead of stickers.
At the same week I got this, I had it rustprotected(10yr warranty), which is a must in Finland, if you'll drive all year around.
Next I Had to buy a 2-din DVD player, Panasonic Avh-x1500dvd, because there was no radio.
Replaced sparkplugs Denso Iridium IK22's to IK20's (thanks to the hints, found a thread of sparkplugs here at tezzaworld).
Next thing was to get all oils changed and the coolerfluid, because the car had no history of maintenance I had these changed at a Toyota dealer.

Interior is in great condition, almost like new.
89000+km on gauge.
OEM suspensions been replaced with KW Variant 3 coilovers.
Exhaustpipe's been replaced to something bigger, Magic Exhaust RS-R.
Wheels are Volk Rays Evolution IV (Forged Monoblock).

Some things I've been thinking about to get done/bought:
-paint the whole car, the paint is at some places in really bad condition.
-front fog lights.
-all lights dimmed with lamin-x protective film.

I kind of like this bumper without front fog lights, sounds like you got good plan coming up on this car.

Love this car, best car I've driven(when not taking the gt86 in to count), makes me smile every time I'm behind the wheel :D

Lovely car the yellow really stands out especially in the snow

The rims look like works vs-xx rims too me, as for the exhaust rs-r is catalogue and brand so it is the model that you will be looking for not the brand mate

I got Petlas Snowmasters(studless), they've been pretty good at these icy and snowy weathers.
I'm driving it daily 'cos it's my only car :)

ot: I hate studded tires 'cos I've got lots of hits on previously owned cars windshields and on myself when driving motorcycles.
