Started working on putting 4AG throttles into 3S-GE. It's PITA because lots of modification required to make it fit. After some good search and discussions, we decided to just weld to 3S-GE manifold. I will keep posting the updates.

While I am waiting for the Velocity stacks and Uni-filter for the ITBs, I decided to install poly-carbonate windows. It should save me at least 30lb since I am removing window motor/regulator and etc.

I swapped stock 4.1 final gear with 4.3. With added power with ITB, 4.3 gearing should resolve long 3rd gear acceleration.
Also replaced stock rear knuckle pillow-ball bushing with Hardrace since the stock one had much play. Had to fabricate own special tool to push out the stock bushing without disassembling whole wheel hub.

Very, very, VERY impressive! You guys are doing it the right way. Here in the Netherlands people have tried racing the IS200 but only with the 1gfe engine. They had no real successes. Competitors raced cars like the BMW 3-series. Putting in the 3sge you showed that a few good races can be one with the Altezza/IS body Keep up your nice work!
