Altezza supercharger kit

Postby ESXTEZZ » Sat Aug 23, 2014 8:44 pm

This was the prototype kit designed by myself and Advance Evolution, it is a 400+ bhp capable kit and is totally complete. This kit has hundreds of hours of design and testing put into it.

The standard exhaust manifold starts to become restrictive about 330bhp, the standard cat starts restricting after about 270/280 bhp.

Off the top of my head these were power outputs at different boost levels with a 2.5" decat exhaust system.

285 bhp @ 5.5 psi (auto engine), 335bhp @ 11psi, 375bhp @ 13 psi, 405bhp @ 1 bar, That was the old impellor wheel which was a cut back version. The new impellor flows up to 17 psi and at a higher cfm and will make over 430/440 bhp. Peak power on all engines was roughly 7700 rpm

Vortech v2 supercharger with uprated impeller and bearings. Capable of flowing 1150cfm

Supercharger mounting brackets and alternator relocation bracket.

Supercharger ramair filter.

All pulleys and belts.

Modified sump with oil return and modified dipstick position

Oil filter sandwich plate and supercharger oil feed line

Modified inlet manifold

Enlarged Maf sensor housing and Maf sensor

Charge cooler, charge cooler rad and pump with pipework.

Charge cooler bracket

All boost pipes and silicone hoses

Tial dump valve

680cc denso injectors with plugs

Apexi power fc with with hand controller (rough base map for supercharger and 680cc injectors)

I will have pictures next week, but I do have a few on my laptop as it was installed on the car, 5 / 6 psi will be safe on a standard engine.

Price is £1850 no offers as it can be sold off in parts for this price.

Will also do a swap for a standard manual engine plus £1000
