Hey , Does anyone have any experience with these ? My driver door glass has been rattling for a while now but this morning when i put the window up the glass hasnt gone back up right and there a gap now where air is coming in .

Any suggestions or help would be great before I remove the door card !!!

I have a similar problem on mine, looks like you can get the regulator separate from the motor which should make it cheaper if buying new http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_J_199904 ... l?hl=69801

not sure if it's the same problem but the glass in my drivers door came out of it's guide rail for no apparent reason a few weeks back, can't remember exactly but i know i took off the door card and was able to undo 2 bolts/screws that holds the glass to the regulator. Once loose, i just popped the glass back in where it needed to be and tightened up both bolts again.
1 of the bolts was obvious to get to, the other needs the window to be raised/lowered around halfway to access, little fiddly but nothing major

Ya I had tackled the job yesterday morning and found one of the 10mil bolts had finally popped out and caused the glass to come away on one end from the guide . (common with the driver door apparently)
took a bit of time to figure out but sorted it finally. I thought the regulator was knackered.

the only issue I have now is when you auto up the window it goes to the top and then bakck down a bit, I've read before about there being a pressure switch and still trying to find a way of resetting it

Ya I have the same problem, but what I noticed in mine its slightly tilted more to the front. When I bring it up half way, get my hand and push/lift the window back to the back door frame it fixes it, so I am presuming I dont have it lined up 100%. When thats done it goes up no problem and doesnt pop down again.
