Heater core leak

I found a leak at the heater core under dash I have a is200 any 1 have this prob what to do

The whole dash will have to come off to get at the matrix
I did one a few months ago a nightmare its a full days work yo do it right.
Good luck with it
Google is200 heather matrix removal there's a step by step some were

is it still ok to drive it i got it a month ago and i was only getting heat on 1 side due to this prob will it affect my engine

keep an eye on the coolant levels as that runs through it too.. best is to replace it soon of course...

Disconnect the 2 pipes going into the cabin from the engine bay and join them together to stop you losing coolant.

I found an easy way to change the matrix was to cut the pipes down and use hose instead to join to the engine bay, that way you can get it in without removing the dash.

hey ian did you get the matrix out yet ?? im gona tackle that one tomorrow and see can i get it out without removing the dash. sparkystav has a good idea if all else fails!!

matrixs all sorted no need to take dash out and davo supplies them
