The body will fit but youll either have to change the half shafts in the diff or the driveshafts on the lexus.

The Lexus has 4 bolts from the driveshafts to the diff, the altezza has 6

light the wheels on the spot and you will find out :p

Jack up the which ever end is in question to get the tires off the ground. Put the transmission in neutral and spin one of the tires by hand.

If the opposite tire spins in the same direction, you have a limited slip differential.

If the opposite tire spins in the opposite direction, you have an open rear end

Not quite true with the is200 Torsen diff, only way to tell is remove the back cover.

sparkystav said it. open it the obvious way of checking it without having to fit it.i wouldnt be putting it up on a lift and seeing if the 2 wheels twist together.....a welded diff can do that!! :)and tha handiest way to fit it is pop the cups out and replace them. handier than wasting time effort and expense of changing shafts
