Brake pads and disks

Postby Tezzy » Wed Mar 07, 2007 4:03 pm

Does anybody have any recommendations on what brand to go for or to avoid when it comes to disks and pads?

I have EBC grooved disks and Greenstuff pads all round at the minute and find them very good under heavy braking but when braking progressively on occasion they need a bit of a stab to bite properly.

They do keep the wheels quite clean though which is a major plus for me personally given my multi spoke alloys 8)

someone told me before that landcruiser calipers are 4 pot and looking at the one we have the discs are no bigger than the altezza. Might be worth a look and see if something can be made to fit. Keep it in the family like!!
