The Calliper assembly can't get any bigger. The pistons are what take up the slack when a pad wears :roll:
You obviously haven't put it back together properly. Did you push the pistons back as far as they could go? If you haven't, that'll explain why you can't get the bolts up as tight as they should be & it seems larger.

Oh & you might want to resize your photos to something a little more user friendly like 640x480

no looking for new wheels(with proper offset),very hard to find :cry:

5 mm spacer(universal) not enough
same problem
and i wont try 10mm(i think its too risky may loose a wheels :lol: )
do it once and do it right !!!

problem is sorted ,we got new wheels with proper offset :D
