Hi guys I need help with setting up my BC BR Type Coilovers. Current Springs are 10k front and 8k rear.
I was advised to use 14k and 12k, any idea if it's too stiff for regular street driving?

depends on your road condition but I would never go above 8 max and thats still a bit stiff for daily driving, although with the damper adjustment the stiffer the springs the less it adjusts or what you can actually feel between hard and soft settings

Well if it was me and I was advised 14-12 for drift and it's you're normal road car that you drift occasionally that's on 10-8 currently I'd be thinking about going 12-10 myself.

My current setup is 12-10 and after nearly 2 years seems to be too soft (road use only)

Currently running 12/10. Way too sloppy. Car rolls around. Next season going with 14/12. I dont know why you people even start talking about comfort with cars on coilovers?? You want comfort, go back to stock suspension. You want good handling? Man up and forget about comfort like you had it on a stock car

Well I cannot say anything bad about coilovers that cost only 750 euro brand new with spring rates 12/10 and 16 damper adjustment.. They are not leaking or anything like it but car after nearly 2 years is not that stiff as it was at the beginning.. Here is my explanation probably why I am getting such feedback: I drive to work 6 days a week and I am going over 10 ramps one way :?
