i am going fitting new rear shoes and springs are they hard to fit , can some one tell best way do them thanks :D

easy enough, need to take the brake caliper off, so wheel off, pads out, caliper off (bolts at back of caliper) hang caliper somewhere normaly zip ties are the best, but dont disconnect the hose(saves time and mess) take off brake disc can't remember if there is an allen/bolt holding the disc to hub, LEAVE handbrake OFF, just remember where the springs go to and from, they can be a real pain to get off, but is same as a drum brake :roll:
