i enquired about availability in waterford and the reply i got stated that it would be a few weeks because waterford is supplied by the cork depot and thats not yet equipped to handle E5. Watch this space.

Put in 3-4 litres of E85 and fill it the rest of the way with standard unleaded for the time being, thats what im doing (They have E85 in Waterford) Cant say i've noticed much difference yet though

Running E85 without any adapter kit will not work on your car, you would probably do a lot of damage. E5 in normal car is fine

As Dan said with E5 ( 5% bioethanol) you just fill up and away you go... supposed to be 99ron which is very close to the jap 100ron so no more need for octane boosters... :D , to be honest i haven't bought that many as the ECU is able to retard ignition

Dan is using E85 ( which is 85% bioethanol, 104 ron) and has a adaptor device installed....
