When I was stock my car ran a 15.79 @ 147kph

Stock + TRD Clutch Kit and Flywheel instantly got me to 15.19 @ 155.3kph!

I did cheat a little though for the 2nd run, kept only 1/4 tank of petrol, took everything out of the boot, octane booster and no air in my stock cold air box haha.

Launching around 5000rpm seems to be the winning way so far!

Nar race it, heaps of run :P

Also deflate your tires to about 20psi in the rears for more grip (higher rpm launches!)

Relax and don't panic (Like I did and missed 2nd gear, but check out the mini flame out my exhaust haha)

Dont be scared to give it heaps when you launch... I learnt the hard way by trying at 4000rpm, not enough and I just bogged!

A bad start will just ruin your whole run lol, atleast I managed to JUST beat the Subaru STI Wagon haha
