Seen it done, alot more expensive than carbon vinyl wrapping, as there more involed, need stripping, painting with a base coat, dipping in the film then laquering, you could easy pay 200+ depending on how many bits your after, but looks closer to the real carbon fibre than the vinyl wrap also think it would last xxx longer than the vinyl wrap as the adhesive goes in it and starts peeling after a while

Do you mean hydrographic dipping? Theres a company local to me that does it, not keen on the fake carbon but there are some other cool designs. These are some good guys for it, really nice and helpful people. http://www.wickedcoatings.co.uk

thats the one couldn't remember what they called it, looks about the best fake carbon, especially if you want something done that they don't do in carbon

Yes hydrographic dippping, i guess thats same thing......? I like what i see from what some companies do, and that website /company wickedcoatings they qouted me about £60ish for the speedometer surround (thats removable) to be coated in carbon look, i seen this done on a IS200 from the facebook IS200 group page UK based, they also got steering column done, but not something i want done. obviously i dont want many things done just 1 or 2 things or it look stupid imo.
