imo you cant reely compair a teg to a altezza there both built for different markets to serve different things the soarer would be in the same class as the teg tho

I had a trip to Dublin once with a group of friends. There was a civic Vtec, teg Type R and Mirage mivec. Lost them all but it was in a straight line. Agree on the handling aspect. Teg would be better standard

ah now feck off with ur CIVIC type R! no competition to Altezza! 8) (both standard that is!)

@ Gerbo: if i wanted to buy the integra i would have kept it but just wasnt for me. good handlin, great kick out of the Vtec but i didnt want a coupe and just wasnt impressed as much as with the Altezza. Thief magnet and harder to insure and a lot more common and i hate that white colour(sorry to all white altezza owners!)

As for Elexes i could tell as soon as i met him he was on a MORE POWER buzz. 250bhp at the wheels... not much that could compare to that

Had my Teg for 7 years, it is a fantastic car but i'm sure i'll be happy with the Altezza too as from what i've read it has a good balance between performance and comfort. Will miss VTEC sound though, guess it's nothing an induction kit n rorty zorst won't fix!

Elexes's right, the car's in different classes, fairer comparison would be the Accord Type R. Driven friends one, it's got the performance and comfort, but ugly compared to the Altezza!

Gerbo- Teg's surprisingly practical; my daughter was born soon after i got the car. Baby seat fits just fine! Even got double push chair n nappy bag in the boot!
