ImageGreetings! Welcome to Tezzaworld website, unfortunately you are a few years late to the show as nearly everyone has been and gone, there is still lots of useful archived material to read through, not many active users unfortunately, but that’s the way it goes, hopefully you are not too disappointed...

I have cleaned throttle body ,changed plugs ki 20 irridium , oil 5w 30 fully syn, airfilter, oilfilter, goes for test on 17 th august also changing the timming belt as i just got the car 2 weeks ago last owner had no info couldn't insure so never nct,d car imported to ireland 2009 never had nct just found out through a friend who works there but it runs fine i am thinking problem could be cat and oxygen sensors :( anybody have this loss of low end power or bad petrol maybe should be putting higher octaine 98/99 e5 anybody have any thoughts would be really appreciated

Welcome! I think the best would be to connect car to the computer and diagnose it

Welcome could be the torque convertor or possibly gear box by the sounds of that, especially if the gearbox has been mistreated, although I think most tezza's tend to have a metallic sound

figured maybe dirty maf sensor or o2 sensor or cat, pinging metallic noise down to poor fuel like 95 ron should be 98/99 e5 ohwell proccess of elimination won't give up she's worth saving for sure cheers mike for the brain food
