Anyone know how to take the lens off the standard Altezza fogs

These one's not the round ones:

Yip stick them in the oven but be very careful not to over do them just keep checking them and use a towel or cloth when pulling apart :shock: very easy to take apart once the glue has softened , I did a set before for a friend , i sprayed them black as well as his headlights .
