lads has anyone here painted the rear lights on the altezza,in the same way that the front ones are done, ie oven, high temp paint etc

i am going to do it next week will post pics, was wondering you know the altezza light covers,(the ones that only have a hole for the brake light) are they just glue onto the outside of the headlight.thanks

if you want to paint the rear lights you actually have to cut the clear plastic lense off them they aren't put together in the same way as the headlights, they are made of bonded plastic, so you will need a very steady hand and a Dremel saw. and them have to glue the front back on. You may be able to buy them from Toyota/ Lexus part number: 81561-53011-B1, not sure if they are the same as ones pictured, Ill ask xnickx to stick up some pictures of the Toyota ones
