ImageGreetings! Welcome to Tezzaworld website, unfortunately you are a few years late to the show as nearly everyone has been and gone, there is still lots of useful archived material to read through, not many active users unfortunately, but that’s the way it goes, hopefully you are not too disappointed...

Adjusting coilovers

Postby KaTaLy5t » Tue Mar 04, 2008 7:25 pm

Alright lads,

I have the NCT in a few weeks and I need to raise my car so it'll get onto the lift in the NCT center. I have TOMs Advox coilovers, I was just wondering if anyone had a tips or methods to raise them??

If and when I do pass the NCT I'll be dropping it back down again.

I also noticed that I have some condensation on the inside of one of the headlights, any tips to sort this out?

Hopefully my exhaust will pass but if it doesn't I have a friend who has a spare standard exhaust anyway!

exhaust should be ok
use a blowdrier on the head light
then for raising the car just count the no of full turns while going up, then when your letting it back down just count the turns going down :D
I BEG TO DIFF-ER!!

I have a special u-shaped wrench that I got off a friend but I'm not sure if it fits my coilovers, I have to take off the wheels to check.
