I went to Oz???? Who told you that?! i wish i was in Oz better weather than here!

About those seats, i don't have an airbag light but the light that comes on if your doin over 20 without a seatbelt came on alright, i think i just left it u plugged and it didn't come on, if you leave it disconnected then the circuit isn't complete and can't come on... simple as

The way the Opel system works, when we fit disabled seats on passenger or driver we have to tell the system to knock off the airbag system of either side, other wise you will be left with a light on & when ur light is on the airbags dont work in the event of an accident & your pre-tensioned lap belt wouldnt work either...

i'd say the standard seat that where in mine had airbag's. as there's 3 sets of wire's under the seats. one is for the seat belt. so i'd say the other 2 where for the airbags. but there's no airbag light on in mine.

you would notice the airbags on the sides of the seats. there is large plastic strips that run down the side of the bag that say SRS airbag on it
