Re: new adjustable top mounts for altezza??

Noel is smack on the money, Altezzas don't use camber adjustable top hats as it won't adjust camber!

If you want camber adjustment, you need adjustable top arms like the Cusco ones :)

When was the last time you changed your sparkplugs? Fouled sparkplugs will kill the coilpacks :(

Re: [xnickx]'s SXE10

What a huge difference the brakes and suspension mods all made! Had a blast at NZ's latest racetrack, Hampton Downs on Monday! Really got the blood rushing when you start braking approx 10-12 meters AFTER the 100M marker after the front straight :D http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/hs260.s...

Wow that's quite a bit more than here in NZ! SXE10 genuine clutch kit to suit the DMF is only $600.00 NZD at retail and $420.00 NZD for TW members!

Re: GREDDY TURBO KIT MAX BOOST ?

There are many you can use, Sard pumps are good, but expensive. Can also use a JZA80 Supra 2JZGTE pump. Or can also use a generic intank pump, these seem to be the common ones: Walbro GSS342 Bosch 044 You could alternative go for a large external pump like the Bosch 040 fuelling from a surge tank th...

Re: GREDDY TURBO KIT MAX BOOST ?

All depends on supporting mods You can go as high as about 12/13 PSI if tuned correctly with the right supporting mods (atleast 600cc injectors, large fuel pump, decent engine management to handle it all) Don't forget the clutch, diff etc is only made for an NA 3SGE, as adding more strain to those, ...

Re: Clutch ???

I've been through many release bearings, from Exedy to Daiken. Best and quietest one is still the genuine ones ;)

If you get 1L that will cover you with more then enough, think it takes just a bit over 500ml.

Re: Caliper Change

I have personally done this conversion on 2 vehicles with single piston calipers and going to the larger twin piston caliper.

Everything just swaps over (discs, pads, caliper)

You do need to remove the backing plate and use the larger one or just none at all
