I presume you can probably change them over but the manual head is the better one and you will see a drop in hp going over to the auto head. Manual has extra 10hp in book values because of "larger diameter titanium intake valves measuring 35mm, larger exhaust valves measuring 29.5mm also made f...

I use 5w30 Fuchs stuff and change it every 3k or so. Other option for timing belt and any kit is email Nick the site trader and see what he can do :)

From memory you have got the main box, with the bit coming out the left side to the tiny box out to the wing (the whole thing is a bitch to get in with the rad still as I recall) Then there's the main hose connecting the throttle body to the box (about 3" ID). Make sure you put it the right way...
